Calla Lily Wedding Cake

For this calla lily wedding cake, in advance, I made wired fondant calla lilies and a round shaped leaf and a pointed leaf, both wired. I taped these into a floral spray for top of the cake.

I prepared 2-layer cakes in 14", 10", and 6". I assembled these using the stacked method. I trimmed the cake plate with the same white fondant and used a pearl mold to mold pearl fondant borders. I used purchased cutters to cut the lilies and leaves cascading down the side of the cake.

I inserted a small plastic dowel into the center of the top tier and inserted the wired calla lily spray.
