Chocolate Plaques and White Roses

This wedding cake is a three tier rich chocolate cake. The two bottom tiers are hexagonal shape and the top is a round one. The sizes are 12", 10", and 8".

The chocolate plaques were made with an embossed collar and Belgium chocolate, and painted with gold. The roses are natural roses. The top tier has belgium chocolate Truffles inside the collar.
The figurines were made of gum paste.
