Please let me present this 3 tier romantic wedding cake that's made of 3 different flavors; Vanilla, Chocolate & Fruit cake with generous amount of brandy.

Vanilla and Chocolate cakes are torte into 3 layers and filled with chocolate ganache before they are covered with a layer of purple fondant.

Top tier has a bunch of handmade roses that's made of gum paste as topper. The middle tier has the cornelli design that that gives it a touch of elegance.

The main reason I chose purple is to emulate the romance when I created this wedding cake.
